Birthday Parties at Chip-in Farm

Our September and October weekends are completely booked for birthdays. We currently only have availability on weekdays. You can also look for farm drop in events during the week. We appreciate your inquiries!

Have your birthday at Chip-in Farm!

To book your party:
1) Scroll down to the bottom of this page to fill out your booking request form
2) Wait for an email confirmation from us, with a request to pay the $50 deposit to book your party
3) Once you receive a confirmation email with party details your party is booked!

Your party is not booked unless you have received a confirmation email from us with event details and your final invoice

Birthday Parties at Chip-in Farm start at $150 and include:

A reserved two hour time block
Reserved use of the birthday room and/or outdoor picnic area (DUE TO COVID ONLY OUTDOOR BIRTHDAY PARTIES)
Tables (with tablecloths) and benches
Self-guided games and activities (such as pin the tail on the pig, ball drop, and outdoor mud kitchen)
Refrigeration for your refreshments
A Chip-in Farm t-shirt for the birthday child

Time slots are 10 am - 12 pm, 1 pm - 3 pm, 4 pm - 6 pm. Prefer a longer time slot? Let us know and we can book two time slots for you for an additional $100.

Birthday parties at the farm are offered May through mid November.

We can accept a maximum of 15 guests. Except in the case of severe weather such as thunderstorms, flash flooding, or snow, we will not cancel due to weather, which means that the $50 deposit is non-refundable even if it rains on your party date. We can book a rain date for your party for an additional $25 fee.

Join Farmer Sandy to get to know the animals. Help care for the animals, and in nicer weather frolic together in the outdoor pen!	Hop on the wagon for a tour around the farm! Participants will have a chance to sit in the tractor seat after the ride for photos.	Join Farmer Sandy for a meet & greet with the farm animals then hop on the wagon for a behind-the-scenes ride around the farm!
45 minutes. You will have the remaining 1.25 hours for self-guided party activities.	30 minutes. You will have the remaining 1.5 hours for self-guided party activities.	1 hour. You will have the remaining hour for self-guided party activities.

Goat Yoga!	Chores & S'mores

Add a Goat Yoga class to your birthday party with one of our certified yoga instructors!	Help feed the animals their dinner then gather around a campfire for S'mores!
1 hour. You will have the remaining hour for self-guided party activities.	2 hours. You may want to take time to have dinner while we build your campfire after completing chores.
Maximum 15 participants. Each additional guest $10, up to 25 participants.	Maximum 15 children. Each additional child $8, up to 20 children.
